1. 찜질방

 

 

찜질방 is Korean Sauna, where you can have a bath, a sauna and a rest.

There are unisex areas, a snack bar, ondol-heated floor for lounging and sleeping, ice rooms, Pc room, singing room.

The cost is around 8,000 ~ 12,000won. Most are open 24 hours a day. 

 

2. 편의점

 

 

편의점 means convenience store. There are so many convenience stores in Korea. Most of them are open 24/7.

You can but many different things there, especially food. It is a good place to eat. If you need something in the middle of the night, you can always go to a convenience store.
