Korean Food 1 (김치, 미역국)

Do you like Korean Food? Today I will introduce 2 Korean dishes.  

 

1. 김치

김치[Kimchi] is the national dish of Korea. There are so many kinds of kimchis but the most typical type of kimchi is napa cabbage kimchi. 

We eat kimchi at almost every meal. Some Koreans say that they can't live without kimchi. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. 미역국[mi yeog gug]

It is a Korean soup which main ingredient is seaweed with beef or mussel. It is traditional to eat seaweed soup on one's birthday. Seaweed soup is traditionally a must have foe mothers after giving birth. 

 

Caution: Don't eat when your test day. it is superstition.
